If you’ve just purchased some of our sample packs there are two ways to download your purchase.
1 – Check Your Junk Mail
It’s a sad fact that most email providers will automatically divert the Email receipt that we send to your junk folder and often your trash folder. If you don’t immediately see an email from Platinumloops in your Inbox, please check your junk and trash folders. If you still don’t find the Email receipt in there it’s likely that your email provider has blocked the email entirely – AOL are famous for this.

2 – Login to Your ‘Purchase History‘ Page.
When you place your order at Platinumloops, you can setup a customer account. This is the best way to ensure that you always get to download your product immediately after ordering. Simply visit your ‘Purchase History‘ page after ordering and you will see your order history where you’ll be able to download the products you just ordered.
This is a much better method because it bypasses unreliable email delivery.
